Den Den Picture Update (Or, she was practically aching for me to bone her. Or, If only I could make a ton of money by wearing leather and gyrating my hips, oh wait.)

I said that I’d take some pictures for you and I did. The first couple pictures really aren’t much, just some signs from Den Den. I mean, yeah they might seem a little odd, but odd is the new normal. Come on guys, get with the program.

Used games are bigger in Osaka. And the Imported games are taller too.

The insane gaming potato will surely kill us all.

Next we have the important picture. Remember how I said I would take a picture of a maid? Well I did. Maybe you forgot about it. Even if you remember, you really don’t know that much about a maid cafe. Your journey is now complete and you will now learn the secret of the maid cafe (and here’s a Maid cafe database). If you haven’t noticed, Otaku are weird.

So what happens if you go to a maid cafe? Well, it’s basically like a regular cafe, but it’s filled to the brim with two things that don’t really go together: Cute bubbly girls (and they’re real! You can touch them, it’s ok.) and gigantic nerds with no real life. Luckily, for Japan, they do not react violently when they come in contact; well, at least the girl acts normal. You go into the cafe and the girls serve you like a maid. That’s it. I’ve been told that it’s not even worth going because it’s so sad.

Anyways, I was in Den Den a while back and I managed to bump into one of the maid girls handing out advertisements (I can go on and on about advertisements, but that’s for another time). I had just started my Japanese class about a week or two before this. One of the first things I learned is asking to take pictures. I ask the question and since she is wearing a maid suit and is quite bubbly (I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a requirement to get a maid cafe job) she answers back, “いいですよ!”, which is, in this context, “Sure!” (or No Problem or Go Ahead or …. well you get the picture). You can click the thumbnail to see the it fullscreen. (You guys do know that all of the smaller pictures have been thumbnails, and thus clickable, right?)

Such effervescence!

Finally, I’m going to start a weekly food posting from now on. The first one should be in a couple of days and it will be approximately weekly from then on. Food might pop up in a regular post, but the food posting will be about dishes, snacks, and stuff like that; a regular food post will probably be an overarching view of food (or eating). I have no idea what to call this weekly posting, ergo, I require your input. I will use the best reply, but if I don’t get any then I will have to stop with the Japan girl sex for a minute or two to ponder over a title.

That’s all for now. I leave you with Hard Gay.
